An invitation to Radical Nourishment


An invitation is extended to all those who want to explore what it means to Radically Nourish themselves. When we understand our unique nourishment requirements, the pathway to creating our own wellness game plan becomes clearer.

The phrase "mind-body-spirit" flows effortlessly for me, often making me forget that Spirit isn't yet an integral part of how most of us nourish ourselves. Over time, I've come to appreciate that healing is a profound journey encompassing not only our mental and physical aspects, but also our spiritual dimension.

I firmly believe that nurturing the spirit is the missing piece needed for enduring transformations in our nourishment practices.

Throughout this journey, I've engaged in numerous conversations with clients. Together in conversation, we have strived to identify practices and terminology that can seamlessly infuse spirituality into not only healthcare efforts, but also into various aspects of life.

Words and phrases such as inner wisdom, transformation, authenticity, community, grief, forgiveness, grace, courage, compassion, discipline, surrender and freedom have emerged as touchstones in this exploration.

The outcome of these conversations have given birth to two offerings for my clients: "Radical Nourishment”, a program of 8 monthly meetings, and "Nourishment Conversations," a blog where I share my experiences, lessons I have learned and skills that have helped navigate this complex territory. These offerings reflect the recurring themes that have surfaced during these conversations and act as an open invitation for you to join me in this ongoing dialogue, exploring how Spirit is already influencing your endeavors and how to shine the light on areas that might benefit from greater attention.
