Seeing Deeper

I have always incorporated spiritual work into my practice, and now also offer individual spiritual direction for clients who want to go deeper.

Why? As many of my clients are surprised to discover, difficulties with food aren’t even really about food. All parts of your life can impact your diet and how you eat is often a reflection of where you are in your journey.

Spiritual growth often starts with a sense that something is missing. This can feel like acute suffering or a more subtle awareness that even if things look right on the outside, it isn’t all quite adding up.

While those feelings may be uncomfortable, they can be a wonderful opportunity to develop a deeper, more honest awareness of ourselves. As a spiritual director I can help guide you to nurture your own intuitive spiritual curiosity.

My work is grounded in the understanding that people become whole through the nourishment of the spirit as well as the body. I work with anyone interested in spirituality, including those of all religious backgrounds or none. This is a big, warm and inviting space. The process isn’t about what you believe so much as helping you to gently uncover what is already there inside you.

Our vocation is not simply to be, but to work together with God in the creation of our own life, our own identity, our own destiny…to work out our identity in God.
