My work is about deeply listening to you.
Nourishing Mind, Body and Spirit
I’m just supposed to do this. I enjoy science and I enjoy working with people. This evolved into helping people with food challenges and then into also offering spiritual direction.
Whether in a couple of sessions or over an extended period of time, it doesn’t matter. I want to help and I’m in it for the long run. It’s immensely gratifying to see my clients attain results: more energy and a better quality of life. If this sounds good to you, I’d like to partner with you!
I feel totally alive from the moment I connect with a new client. I listen carefully for who you are and what your needs are, and work with you to design a plan that will fit you and your lifestyle. In a series of sessions, I coach you through the process of change, connecting mind, body and spirit. And you will see results.
I look forward to welcoming you into my supportive practice.
